Hypnosis is simply a deep state of relaxation and focused attention. While doing hypnosis you will feel more comfortable in your body, suprised by your ability to use your own internal resources which can help you re-learn more effective ways of thinking and feeling. As a result, your past, present, and future will be more positive.
