Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy

Psychotherapy (sometimes called “talk therapy”) is a term for a variety of treatment techniques that help a person identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behavior. Hypnotherapy is a heightened state of concentration and focused attention allowing people to be open to suggestions to making healthful changes in perceptions, sensations, emotions, memories, thoughts or behaviors. Rick uses a combination of techniques to help identify issues, change behaviors, and generally makes progress toward identified goals.
